The GNK “booster” horizontal pump complexes for the systems of maintenance of reservoir pressure of oil fields. Relevance of a problem: while organizing the centralized system of the maintenance of reservoir pressure (PPD) of large-scale and average oil fields on the basis of CNS pumps there is often a serious problem – insufficient pressure in oil-bearing collectors on local peripheral (remote) sites of the field. It leads to loss in oil production volumes from the wells which are on these section.

Currently, as a rule, two ways to eliminate this shortcoming are used:

  1. Disaggregation of the RPM system, i.e. creation of our own “independent” pumping complexes (horizontal pumping stations) with its own separate water treatment infrastructure for peripheral areas of fields.
  2. Use of “booster” pumping units in a centralized system for individual injection into wells.

To solve the problem of optimizing pressure in reservoirs in remote areas of fields, it is proposed to use “booster” GPCs based on centrifugal multi-stage pumping sections of dimensions 5, 5A, 7A, 8 with a nominal capacity of up to 4600 m3/day. at pressures at the pump unit intake up to 10 MPa.

“Boost” GNKs can be operated outdoors, under a special canopy and in BKNS at ambient temperatures from -45°C to +60°C using a low-voltage (380-400V or 660-690V) variable-frequency drive. “Booster” GOCs can be used for both individual and group injection into injection wells.
