Multiphase pumps are so named thanks to ability to pump over different aggregate states (phases) of substance at the same time.
The single-screw pump is volume, screw machine consisting of:
- frames;
- drive;
- spindle with consolidation knot;
- pump section;
- connection knot.
GNK consists of the horizontal electro centrifugal pump on a metal frame, mounted with the asynchronous explosion-proof electric motor, the coupling, the reception camera, unloading persistent knot. Depending on a complete set GNK can include the cooling system, flexible in- and output sleeves, a pipe binding with the system of filtration and backpressure valves.
Geometry and principle of work
Rotor cogs with cogs of the stator form a set of tight cameras which while rotor gyration move in the axial direction and thus pump over liquid.
The multiphase pump allows:
- To pump over without pulsations and emulsification gas-liquid mixes with the content of gas to 80%. Efficiency of installations at pumping water-gas-oil compounds is 65-70%. There is a technical solution on pumping of gas-liquid mix with the content of gas up to 99,5%.
- To make pumping over of all borehole production (oil, water, associated gas) directly on UPPN passing DNS.
- To lower capital and current expenditure for the equipment for intermediate oil pumping.
- To extinguish a torch of combustion of associated petroleum gas and to use him in the technological purposes on UPPN.
- To reduce pressure on mouths of wells, increase petroselection and reduce operating tension of submersible pumps.
- To pump over viscous oil without preliminary heating.
- To pump over oil with high content fur. impurity (up to 1%).
- With high efficiency to make pumping water and water-gas mixes in the system of maintenance of reservoir pressure in the systems of exact pumping to pressure wells.
