For the first time in the oil industry algorithms have been developed for specialized software that allows to operate the pumping unit in the KTSES PPD mode (short-term cyclic operation of the wells PPD), which means making it very versatile and insensitive to fluctuations in pressure at the pump unit.In fact, our control algorithms allow independent control of the pressure (H) and the capacity (Q) of the pump unit. As a result, it is possible to expand the working area of ​​the GNK by the allowed at least twice and by authorized pressure in 4 times. At the same time the pumping complex is very economical and reliable in operation.

The developed software algorithms allow for direct tuning of the unit to achieve a predetermined volume of daily injection, due to the use of PID control for a given pump capacity.

The software is designed in such a way that if it is impossible to reach the specified flow rate of the pumped liquid or the pressure at the pump outlet, the gas turbine engine is operated in a mode as close as possible to the specified, but not exceeding the permitted working area.

Specialists of our engineering center developed and implemented remote control of the technological process of pumping and pumping at a distance of up to 2000 km.
